PRICE MATCHING

We strive to match our prices with other online retailers. If you’re quoted a cheaper price for your sign - including shipping, warranty and a wireless dimmer remote, let us know and we will do our best to match the price. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable price match and will make a dermination based on a comparable design from an established retailer. Simply email hello@neonstudio.co with a screenshot of the price, the design and the online retailer for us to review, we will make a determination within 24-hours. 

 

DELIVERY

All items purchased during our Black Friday Sale have a guaranteed delivery before Christmas. We expect your order to arrive within 14-20 days from payment. Please allow for unexpected delivery delays as our hardworking FedEx and UPS drivers deliver the words online shopping. Hats off to the team.
