Our Neon Signs are created using high quality LED Neon Flex, easy to bend to the shape of your design!

Because it is a flexible material, the LED strip is fused onto a backerboard to hold the shape of your design. We use a strong but lightweight acrylic piece which is typically cut closely to the shape of the design.

Your acrylic backerboard is cut first and a path is lightly traced to act as a guide for where the LED Neon Flex will go. Once your backerboard is ready, the LED Neon Flex is adhered by hand. Neon Studio’s LED Neon Signs are all handmade. Your LED Sign is handcrafted to look identical to your final design. Each letter, bend and curve is cut and fused to a backerboard to match the design we create with you and Engineers ensure all wire connections of the strip remain intact during this step.

When Neon Studio’s Engineers finish handcrafting your Custom LED Neon Sign, it undergoes 72-hours of testing and quality assurance to ensure your light is perfect.

Neon Studio's Dimmer has 3 different modes - static, flashing and fading and allows you to adjust your Neon Sign's brightness to suit your space - choose from 10 different levels!

Your acrylic backerboard will come with pre-drilled holes and your package will come with a set of screws you can use to mount your Neon Sign onto your wall.

STEP 1: Press and hold MODE, and press ON.
STEP 2: Power ON. Your Neon Sign should be at 50% brightness.
STEP 3: Press SPEED/BRIGHTNESS- 3x in 5 seconds. Your Neon Sign will be at 25-10% brightness, flash 3 times and return to initial state.

Code should be cleared and the receiver can be controlled by any same remote.

Neon Studio only uses trusted Logistics Partners. Our team monitors all packages as soon as they leave our studio to ensure they arrive your door safe and sound.

If your package should arrive with physical damage, kindly report this within 48-hours by sending and email with photos and videos to hello@neonstudio.co. This will allow us to file a claim with the courier immediately.
