Nordstrom’s debut in Manhattan makes an architectural statement on West 57th Street. Designed by James Carpenter Design Associates with CallisonRTKL, the seven-level flagship at the base of Central Park Tower features a flowing glass curtain wall that draws the eye—and the foot traffic. Within one of its sculptural waves, the slim NORDSTROM word‑mark glows in anodised, back‑lit letters—proving that when architecture leads, signage can afford to be quietly powerful.
