Welcome to Neon Studio

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Neon Studio website and services. By engaging Neon Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for signage design, production, or related services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Neon Studio provides custom signage services, which may include design, fabrication, production management, shipping coordination, permitting support, and installation coordination where requested.

All signage is custom-made to order. As such, variations in materials, finishes, color, and fabrication methods are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the specifications provided at the time of quoting. Any changes to scope, size, materials, finishes, timelines, or delivery requirements may result in a revised quote.

Rush production, expedited shipping, permitting revisions, or site-specific installation requirements may incur additional fees.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Full payment or a deposit is required before production begins.

  • Invoices must be paid by the due date listed.

  • Production will not commence, and shipments will not be released, until payment is received.

Payments made via credit card may be subject to processing fees.

3. Design & Proof Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, drawings, mockups, and specifications prior to production.

Once written approval is provided:

  • Neon Studio is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes requested after approval.

  • Any post-approval changes may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

4. Production & Shipping

All signage is custom-made to order. Production and fulfillment may take place at our local or international production partners.

Production typically takes 10 business days unless otherwise stated in writing and may vary depending on studio workload, project complexity, material availability, or approved revisions.

Once completed, orders are shipped via express courier. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once dispatched. Any production or shipping timelines provided are estimates only and may be impacted by customs clearance, inspections, weather, or carrier-related delays outside of our control.

Neon Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including shipping carriers or customs authorities.


5. Shipping & Damage Policy

We take great care in packaging our signs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your sign arrives damaged or with defects, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • We will assess the damage and, if applicable, recreate the affected part of your sign.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

6. Warranty

All of our signs are covered by a 5-year manufacturing warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

  • Electrical issues due to incorrect wiring or power surges.

  • Environmental damage such as extreme weather conditions, vandalism, or accidents.

If you experience any manufacturing defects within this period, contact us, and we will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include repair or replacement.

7. Liability

We provide installation guidelines but are not responsible for improper installation by third parties.

  • Any damage caused during installation or modifications made after delivery are not covered under our warranty.

  • If you opt for our professional installation services, we ensure proper installation but are not liable for:

    • Structural issues related to the mounting surface.

    • Electrical connections outside our scope.

8. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Because all signage is custom-made:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable once materials are ordered or fabrication starts.

If a project is cancelled prior to production, any incurred costs will be deducted from the refund.

9. Color & Material Variations

We strive for accurate color and material representation, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences and material sourcing.

  • If exact color matching is required, customers should request a physical sample before production.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for loss of business, profits, or any other damages caused by sign delays, defects, or installation issues.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the sign itself and will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer.
