Hotel Glar Conference and Spa dimensional letter sign with horse logo on a stone-clad facade beneath a glass upper storey

(About Project)

The Glar Conference & SPA Hotel sits on a lakeshore near the Baltic coast — the kind of place people go to switch their brains off. Which is exactly why the signage matters: nobody wants to interrupt a spa day with a map consultation. Across 23,000 square metres of rooms, conference floors, spa, restaurants and parking, one quiet, branded wayfinding system does all the thinking so guests don't have to.

Dark brown changing room signs with cream pictograms and scalloped edges integrated into oak columns outside spa changing areas
Cream hotel directory sign listing rooms, gym, pool, spa and restaurant by floor in Polish and English on a travertine column
Spa corridor with numbered treatment room doors featuring printed wave graphics and bilingual labels
Hotel guest room with timber headboard, layered textiles and sculptural wooden totems
Directional graphics for rooms, restaurant and conference rooms applied to a bronze wall panel overlooking a hotel restaurant
Detail of a scalloped accessible restroom sign in dark brown with cream pictogram on timber panelling

(Result)

Great wayfinding is the sign nobody reads twice. Guests glance, turn, arrive — and all they remember is that the hotel felt effortless. The brand shows up at every turn without ever shouting, the interiors stay uncluttered, and reception fields far fewer "where's the pool?" conversations. For a property this size, it's not just good design. It's good operations.

(Signage Insights)

This is exactly the kind of system we build at Neon Studio. Hotels, resorts, and multi-unit residential developments all share one challenge: lots of spaces, one brand. The answer is a single cohesive sign family — dimensional metal letters and plaques for rooms and units, blade signs at corridors and decision points, backlit or frontlit lements for lobbies and directories, and durable exterior signage for entrances and parking.

Planning a hotel, residential building, or mixed-use development? Wayfinding works best when it's planned early — while finishes and layouts are still on the table. We design, fabricate, and install the whole system, so your guests always know where they're going (even if they came here to forget). Get in touch.
