Knix store merchandising display with branded graphics and lingerie product presentation.

(About Project)

Knix has built a loyal following in Canada. Their New York SoHo store was the brand's first physical introduction to the US market — and SoHo is a neighbourhood where storefront design matters. Global fashion brands compete for attention on every block; pedestrians move fast and every window is working for a second glance. Our team handled the full retail signage and visual merchandising scope: exterior storefront signage, window graphics, dimensional interior branding, life-size model cut-outs, and mirrored display installations — ensuring each layer worked together to create a cohesive US retail debut.

(Result)

The New York storefront delivers a clear, confident Knix moment within the rhythm of the street. From a distance, the flag sign and window graphics catch attention. Up close, the mirrored displays create interaction. Inside, the reception signage and merchandising carry the brand deeper into the retail experience. Together, the custom retail signage and merchandising system creates a storefront that feels energetic, confident, and unmistakably Knix.

(Signage Insights)

In high-footfall retail environments like SoHo, a single sign is never enough. The strongest retail storefronts build presence in layers — exterior branding, window graphics, dimensional interior signage, and merchandising installations all working together to capture attention at different distances and depths.

Exterior blade signs punch above their weight. A projecting blade or flag sign increases visibility from both directions on a street — especially useful in dense urban environments where shoppers approach from multiple angles.

Window graphics and dimensional channel lettering serve different purposes. Large-format window vinyl is campaign-driven and changeable. Dimensional letterforms on the glass are permanent brand infrastructure that stays consistent as campaigns rotate. Both are worth investing in.

Visual merchandising is signage too. Life-size installations, mirrored displays, and creative window builds function as brand communication — especially effective for fashion and apparel retailers where the product itself becomes the visual.
